Phil Sveum

Phil has been a licensed real estate broker since 1977.  His commercial emphasis has been in development and redevelopment of properties.
His experience includes developing over 2,000 residential lots, along with multi-family in apartment and condominium projects in Dane County.  Phil has also been active in redevelopment of sites and renovation of properties on the National Register of Historic Structures.

Some of the projects he has developed include equity raising for limited liability companies, and providing investment opportunities for passive investors.
Phil is a graduate of Arizona State University, with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in real estate.  He is active in the Dane County business community and with many charitable organizations.
